Sometimes the food that you eat could be responsible for your snoring, so I would suggest you watch your diet if you are trying to stop. I am led to believe that taking some honey before you go to bed at night is actually helpful, so you could try that too. Chocolate, cookies, pizza, cakes; bad for snorers. Such foods are referred to as rich foods by some, but in many ways they only enrich your snoring. I believe that is one habit youd be glad to live without. There are actually anti-snoring pills that you may get in just about every drugstore you find around you. Buy some and pop a couple every night before you sleep. It should keep the snoring away. There is no way you are telling me you have not heard of the nasal spray. As a snorer trying to stop, you are not using that treatment because you must really not be looking to break that habit. If you did youd have at least tried the nasal spray. A bit of a squeeze into your air passage is all you need before bed. You should snore less and less until it stops.
